The purpose of RWI is to promote excellence in romantic fiction, to advance the professional interests of career-focused romance writers through networking and advocacy, to provide a general basis of mentorship to any writer who is actively, and seriously striving to become published and thus establish a career in the romance genre, as well as to provide a camaraderie for writers within the romance publishing industry. RWI is Chapter 193 of Romance Writers of AmericaTM.
Our Meetings
Romance Writers Ink meets the second Saturday of each month at noon for bring-your-own lunch and 1 p.m. for business in the North Hall Conference Center at OSU-Tulsa. Please check our monthly announcment for current room number.
To get there, from I-244 East, take the Cincinnati/Detroit exit; cross Cincinnati; turn left on Detroit; take the first right. From I-244 West, take the Detroit/Cincinnati exit; turn right on Detroit; take the first right.
